Latvia

This apartment is set within a meticulously renovated historic building, preserving the distinctive architectural legacy of Edmund von Trompowsky. Over the centuries, the residence has served as a cultural landmark, once home to notable writers, politicians, and philosophers.

The interior is conceived as a layered and aesthetically rich composition, defined by carefully curated artworks, including pieces acquired in Paris, which lend the space a sense of refinement and depth. Textiles feature high-quality Pierre Frey fabrics, adding elegance and richness to the overall design.

Valter Benjamin

A subtle scent of sandalwood fills the apartment, creating a calm and sensual atmosphere. The interior is further enriched with unique objects sourced from Africa, Mexico, and Morocco — each distinguished by its own form, pattern, and story.

A record player is always present in the space, its sound adding a distinctive rhythm and an understated, timeless charm to the environment.

Historic Apartment

Latvia

This apartment in Latvia has been conceived as a refined and deeply personal space, where art and antique pieces take centre stage. The interior brings together unique works acquired at auctions and carefully sourced from antique dealers, creating a layered environment rich in stories.

Each room is distinguished by individually designed ceiling and wall finishes, giving it a unique character and a nuanced atmosphere. Special attention has been devoted to textiles — exquisite fabrics from Pierre Frey and Dedar add depth, elegance, and a distinct tactile richness to the interior.

The apartment’s owner, Vineta Ločmele, is an artist of historical jewellery. Each of her creations is a unique work of art with a strong historical narrative — an aesthetic that is seamlessly reflected throughout the interior.

Art Curation

The curatorial vision for this project was led by designer Eva Broda, who thoughtfully arranged the art pieces and selected textiles for curtains, seating, and other interior elements, creating a harmonious, nuanced, and visually rich environment.

This 300-square-meter villa in Spain is crafted for those who take pleasure in entertaining and value thoughtfully designed, versatile spaces for gatherings of any scale. From the moment you enter, the striking double-height foyer floods the interior with natural light, setting a tone of elegance, warmth, and refined hospitality.

The design of this private family villa, executed with meticulous attention to detail, seamlessly balances aesthetics and functionality, demonstrating that refined beauty and everyday practicality can exist in perfect harmony.

This Vienna apartment has been conceived as a light-filled,
sophisticated interior where classical architecture blends
seamlessly with contemporary design.
